Michael is the President of Bravo SCM and is a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCP), focused on assisting small to medium-sized manufacturers and service organizations with operational process design, TQM and Lean implementations, and supply chain issues and enhancements. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry, including eleven years of consulting management. Prior to consulting, he held senior-level positions in Materials and Supply Chain management. His extensive first-hand Industry experience and both CSCP and PMP certifications allow him to add value for his clients by optimizing the relationship between any operational process or supply chain enhancements vs. cost impacts, Business Process Design, and business transition/transformation efforts.
In addition, he is on the faculty of Miami University, teaching Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Michael's Specialties: LEAN and Six Sigma processes, Operational process design and implementation, Supply Chain planning and execution, manufacturing and supply chain training, ops and supply chain issue management, and project management.
Michael formed Bravo SCM with a team of previous top-tier consultants, all of whom had significant Materials / Supply Chain management experience prior to entering into consulting. They are a small, niche consulting organization
