USDA Loan Programs

We are always looking for outside-the-box solutions for our business owners and real estate investors!  The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is a little-known government agency that offers a wide range of funding products. You might be surprised how many areas across the U.S. are considered “rural”.  For example, Cape Cod, MA…a popular tourist destination...is actually considered a qualifying rural area!

The USDA loan programs offer financing options for real estate investors and business owners looking to purchase or expand businesses or develop/improve properties in rural areas.

      Overall Benefits of USDA Loans

      1. Lower interest rates: USDA loans generally have lower interest rates compared to other types of loans, which can help businesses save money on interest payments.

      2. Flexible repayment terms: These loan programs offer flexible repayment terms, which can help businesses manage their cash flow and make payments more easily.

      3. No down payment (in some cases): Some USDA loan programs do not require a down payment, which can be helpful for businesses that may not have a lot of cash on hand.

      4. Access to capital: USDA loans can provide access to capital that businesses may not otherwise have been able to obtain from traditional lenders.
