What is included in each pricing plan?
There are two pricing plans; a monthly and a yearly plan. With both plans, you get access to every feature. With the yearly plan, you are billed once in the year and save 16.67% on the cost of SweetProcess.
How you are billed on the monthly plan.
On the monthly plan, you simply pay a base monthly price of $99/month which includes up to 20 active members and an additional $5/month for each additional active member.
Examples...
Let’s say you add 22 employees to your SweetProcess account.
If only 20 employees are active you will pay the base price of $99.
If only 10 employees are active you will pay the base price of $99.
If all 22 employees are actively using SweetProcess then you will pay $109. $99 for the base monthly price and $10 for the 2 additional active members.
How you are billed on the yearly plan.
The yearly plan will save you 16.67% on the cost of SweetProcess and you are billed once per year in advance.
On the yearly plan, you simply pay a base yearly price of $990/year which includes up to 20 active members and an additional $50/year for each additional active member.

What is our SweetDeal billing policy and how do we bill you fairly?
We truly feel it is unfair to charge you for a person who is not actively using SweetProcess... we are not that type of software company. You can add as many people as you want into SweetProcess and have peace of mind knowing that you will only be billed for people who actively use it. Also if a person who was actively using SweetProcess becomes inactive you will receive a prorated credit to your account... It is a Sweet Deal!
What does an Active Member mean?
An active member is a user who has used SweetProcess at least twice in the previous two weeks.
Note that the first session a user has with SweetProcess is free and does not count towards them being active.
We do this so you can add users into SweetProcess, and when they activate their accounts for the first time their initial session is free.
If an inactive member logs back at least twice in the previous two weeks into their account they are considered active.
Whenever a member becomes active we will detect it and charge the prorated cost for the days remaining in the billing period.
What does it mean for a member to be inactive?
If a user has not used SweetProcess at least twice in the previous two weeks they are considered inactive.
An active member is a user who has used SweetProcess at least twice in the previous two weeks. If you remove a member from your SweetProcess account they are considered inactive.
Whenever a member becomes inactive we credit your SweetProcess account with the unused portion of the billing period. This credit is non-refundable or transferable and will be used to discount your next period’s bill automatically.
What happens if a member becomes active part-way through the billing cycle?
Let’s suppose your team is paying monthly and you have 22 active members, which cost $109 per month ($99/month base price for up to 20 active members plus $10/month for the 2 additional active members). You add a new team member 17 days into your billing period, leaving 13 days remaining in the month.
The prorated subscription cost is calculated by dividing the cost per additional active member ($5) by the number of days in the month (30) and multiplying it by the number of days remaining (13), which gives us the prorated subscription cost for the remainder of that billing period: $2.17.
Now instead…
If your team is paying yearly, it works the same way. We simply calculate the prorated cost for the rest of the year and bill you at the end of the month for any new additions.

To calculate the amount of prorated credits that will be deposited back to your team’s account, divide the cost per active member ($5) by the number of days in the month (30) and then multiply it by the number of days that person did not use SweetProcess for that billing period (13): $2.17.
