Ad-Hoc Service Information
Ad hoc services refer to services that are provided on a temporary or as-needed basis, often without prior planning or formal arrangement. These services are typically tailored to address individuals' or organizations' specific, immediate needs or requirements.
On an as-needed basis, the client may book a consulting appointment with their assigned advisor via their calendar booking link or by requesting availability via email.
These appointments may consist of any tax advisement or consulting as requested by the client.
The consulting may include but is not limited to tax planning, developing financial strategies, assessing the client’s financial situation, investments, asset allocation, savings, and/or retirement planning.
Fees:
Ad hoc refers to a request to SFR for services of any kind that are outside any engagement. That is why we ask you to inquire: It's possible that we need to quote a total cost so that you are not surprised by invoices.

Fees:
- $225.00 per hour for all accounting-related advisement and support services from any of our accounting and bookkeeping staff.
- Support for tax strategy consultation with Charity Agar or another Senior Accountant-level tax strategist is $225.00 per hour.
- Consultations with Junior-level tax associates at a rate of $150.00 per hour.
- Reimbursement for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred, including, but not limited to, filing federal, state, and local forms on behalf of the client.
