Subject Line: Important Changes for (Insert Date)

Dear clients,

I hope you’ve been doing well and hope that you are adjusting well to the change of season! Before the holiday hecticness arises, I wanted to touch base regarding an update in fee that will be taking place in the new year. While I  try very hard to keep my fee increases low and infrequent, I do need to increase them periodically to keep up with expenses and to reflect my updated qualifications, training and clinical hours - particularly my recent upgrade to full Registered Psychotherapist status!

With all that said, as of (insert date)  I will be increasing my session fees by $10 per session. I hope that this increase will be manageable for you, but if for any reason it feels unmanageable, please make sure to talk with me about it (by email or at your next appointment) and we will come up with a plan. Thank you for your understanding and support on this.
