Billing A Product


    This method of billing is to be used for any ancillary services that clients’ request such as case management, letter writing/correspondence, form completion etc. We also use this option to bill for secure message-based therapy services.

    As per the 2022 Contract, all of these ancillary services need to be billed through Jane and are subject to the compensation split of your contract.

      Request “Product” Addition


      The Clinical management team will need to add the product option for you to bill it to a client. You will need to let the clinical management team know what you would like the product to be called and the price you would like to charge.

      Billing the Client

      Search your clients’ profile in Jane. On their profile, go to the “billing” tab.


      Click the blue button “New Purchase”
      Type in the product name & select the product 

      Click Add Staff Member - select your name
      If the product price is accurate,
       Click “save”
      If you need to adjust the price, click the pencil icon to the right of the price
      Under adjustments, you can type in “sliding scale” and find the correct price discount to apply.
      Locate the client invoice then click the drop-down menu next to view
      Click “Receive Client Payment”
      Process payment as usual
