Work-Life Balance

    At Rebound Total Health, we really strive to ensure that our team has a healthy work-life balance. We’ve listed some reminders and options to help you achieve this for yourself!


    Differing Work Hours

    not all of us work the same hours! If you receive emails from clinic admin or management in your off hours, please do not feel pressured to respond to it until your regular hours. So long as you’re responding to new clients (and existing clients) in an appropriate amount of time (as per contract), we don’t want team members to feel pressure to respond to our emails outside of what you deem to be your normal work hours. 


    Notifications

    Feel free to mute notifications on your Rebound email or google space during your non work hours.  Be sure to check these on a regular basis for important updates, but don’t feel pressured to be glued to them!


    Vacation

    Take Vacation when you like! Let us know in advance so we can properly prepare and coordinate for redirection of client inquiries. You deserve breaks :)


    Schedule 

    For life events that pop up and interrupt your normal agreed upon schedule, don’t worry - block them off and tend to the things you want and/or need to do! 


    Caseload

    Feeling overwhelmed? Life changes impact your caseload capacity? Too many inquiries all at once? Let us know, and update the database with your availability - we’ll give you space when you need it!


    Communication

    Need to vent? Need a change? something wrong? Just want to chat? communicate with us, we want to work with you to make this the best environment possible for you!
