Email Communication

    You will be given your own email when you start working at Rebound Total Health Please let your clients know that your email is only for scheduling purposes and you do not provide therapy or crisis services over email. Please note that any correspondence outside of booking & billing is clinical in nature and must thus be inputting to the client file (added to their chart note). As such, it is important you inform your clients of this, as to best protect our clients.

    Should you wish to transfer files to your clients (ie provide them a worksheet to complete) you can do so via jane “files” option which will allow them to access files via their jane portal.

     

    • We ask that you check your emails regularly in case clients do reach out to you there. If you are planning a vacation or you will not
      be checking your email for an extended period of time (1+ days) please notify the admin so we can redirect emails accordingly.
