    Simple steps towards Inclusivity:

    • Include your pronouns in your email signature, bio, etc.

    • Introduce yourself with your pronouns and ask others for theirs

    • Refer to clients by their preferred name (do not refer to a legal name as a "real" name)

    • Offer directions to all bathrooms
