      What is DDX?

      DDX stands for Digital Dental Exchange, and it is a web-based application that allows labs and dentists to communicate with each other effectively. It is a useful tool for practices to access and share information directly with their labs at no cost to the doctor.

      Digital Dental Leaders uses DDX with all of our clients - some of our clients hardly ever use it, and others find it very helpful and use it quite often - we encourage our clients to try out this free tool for themselves and see if they can benefit from what it has to offer.

      What are the benefits of using DDX?

      • View tracking
        • Easily track any case in transit and see when it will arrive.


      • Access financial information
        • Review and print invoices and statements.
        • Submit payments online.


      • Share files
        • Upload case-related photos directly to a case, ensuring the lab has immediate access to the information.
        • Access and download .STL files for printing and 3D models. 


      • View case activity
        • Case information and progress are accessible in real-time, providing your office with an on-demand overview of case status.


      • Review account history
        • Previous cases are archived and the account history is always available for review.

      How do I sign up for DDX?

      When you send us your first case, we look to see if you already have a DDX account. If you do not, we create one for you and send you the login information.
