All team members birthdays are listed in Asana.
 It's your job to check daily to see if it 's anyones birthday, and then wish them a happy birthday in our group chat.
On fridays (or your last day of work in a week), you need to wish happy birthday to anyone who's birthday will fall on a day you are not working.

To find Birthdays
Go to asana, click "administrative" and scroll down until you see Birthday Reminders, then you'll see everyones birthday listed in chronological order.

To wish them a happy birthday, go to the rebound gmail group chat.
To find this go to gmail, then on the left hand side look for the "spaces" icon, then select Rebound Total Health. This means you'll be posting to the entire Rebound Team. 

Type in your happy birthday and tag the birthday recipient by using the @ sign - example @brittany barratt
When wishing  a happy birthday, make each birthday wish a bit different. Add emojis, and a funny GIF - search "fun" "party" "birthday" "dance" "silly" for different gif ideas. don't use anything racialized that could be interpreted incorrectly.
