    Updating Psychology Today Profiles

Research shows that psychology today profiles get the most hits when they are kept updated and regular updates are made to them.

As such, once per month we go into some clinicians psychology today and make small updates, whilst still holding true to them and what they have written, in order to refresh the algorithm.

To start, you want to determine which clinicians are accepting clients and adjust their profiles.
Review the therapist database to determine which clinicians are accepting:
    docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1r02KizI_cvI_k...

    Then, log into their account.
All psychology today profiles have the same password:
    Willoweatseverything3!
Generally, the username for each clinician follows the same format: Firstname.Lastname

To login to psychology today go to member.psychologytoday.com/ca/login
Then enter the clinicians username and password.
Most of the teams' psychology today login credentials are located here:
    docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1WjxhRiTFBCY_q...

Once logged in, select "edit profile"
From there you can find different profile sections that you can edit.
Here are some options for what you can make edits to:

    Personal Statement
    Video Caption
    Availability
    Specialties
    Photos/Gallery

*It is critical that you don’t put a presenting topic that the clinician can not or does not see. It is also critical that you don’t change the essence of anything they’ve written* You can view the clinicians areas of focus on the therapist database.

*You don’t need to change ALL the things listed above. We recommend for each profile changing 2 small items to help keep it updated.
