Once per month you need to go through the therapist database to see who has changed their availability.

For clinicians that are now "full" that were not full last month, we need to make some changes
For clinicians that are now "accepting clients" that were not accepting clients last month, we need to make some changes.




Clinicians that are now full
#1) Make sure the database is updated with the correct labels and colours to show they are full:

I like to organize the clinicians in order of accepting - the clinicians that are accepting the most clients go to the top, so select the row of the clinician and move them to the red zone of clinicians.

#2) Adjust their consultation sessions to make sure they are NOT bookable online.
To find this go to settings -> then under offerings on the left hand side click "sessions, classes & group appointments"
Find the consultation you want to edit and click edit on the right
Scroll down until you see "display in online booking" - make sure this is unclicked, then save the appointment.
Repeat this process for the other consultation offering (each practitioner has 2 consultation offerings, one virtual and one telephone that need to be edited) 

#3) Adjust their discipline title to show  *Current Clients*
In Jane go to settings -> Disciplines -> Find the clinicians discipline -> Click Edit
Under "Name" edit the title to read *Current Clients* Psychotherapy With ________"

Under Description, edit the description to read 
Are you an existing client of (therapists)? Go ahead and book below! Are you a new client looking to get started at Rebound? Book a free consultation with one of our consultation counsellors at the top of the page!"
Save.



Clinicians that are now accepting
For clinicians that are now accepting, we basically do the reverse of what we did when they were full.


#1) Make sure the database is updated with the correct labels and colours to show they are full:

Save.
