Rachel - Add/Adjust Sessions

    Clinicians may request changes to their sessions or additions to their session offerings at different times.
    If a clinician is no longer accepting clients, we have to adjust their consultation offerings to no longer be offered online.
    Your job will be to make these updates and adjustments as needed.

    The first thing to learn is how to add new sessions:

    You can click staff members sessions to see examples.
    To find this go to settings -> then under offerings on the left hand side click "sessions, classes & group appointments"
    If you need to edit a certain session, you click edit beside the session then tweak whatever settings need adjusting, then save.

    As an example, we will show you how to make a clinicians consultation offererings no longer available online.
    To find this go to settings -> then under offerings on the left hand side click "sessions, classes & group appointments"
    Find the consultation you want to edit and click edit on the right
    Scroll down until you see "display in online booking" - make sure this is unclicked, then save the appointment.
    Repeat this process for the other consultation offering (each practitioner has 2 consultation offerings, one virtual and one telephone that need to be edited)
