It's important that we always have an up-to-date version of clinician's liability insurance.
In asana, we have created a running list of when each clinician's liability insurance expires.
To find this list, go to asana, go to administrative then scroll down until you find "liability insurance renewals"
If a clinicians liability insurance has expired, send them an email lilke the following:

Hello!
Just reaching out as our records show your liability insurance has expired. If you haven't done so already, please forward us your updated liability insurance!
Thanks so much :)

Once the clinician responds with their updated liability insurance, download a copy of it, then upload it to the team member file folder
