Rachel - Update manuals and FAQ as questions come in or changes are needed
When different questions come in, or changes are made, this means we have to update our processes, procedures and FAQ.
Our system/hub is sweet process - it's the thing you're using right now to read this.
All of our information for how the entire practice runs is found in sweet process.
The biggest think you'll be doing is adding to the FAQ sections as questions come up.

In sweet process, we have created a variety of knowledge bases - a knowledge base is a "hub" for a specific practioner. For example, there's a hub for students, and a different hub for independent contractors, and a different hub for massage therapists, because each need access to different types of information. So the first step in editing a document, is determining which document (and where it lives) needs the editing.
To do so, I recommend actually opening up the knowledge base asscociated with the person who asked the question. So for example, if a student asked the question, we're going to go find the student knowledge base.
Go to the "more" tab at the top, then select "knowledge bases"
Select the applicable knowledge base
Now, search through the knowledge base to find the name of the document you are editing.
Let's take students for an example. Pretend a Masters student asks a question and we want to add it to the masters student FAQ
Go to knowledge bases -> Masters student knowledge base
Then, inside that knowledge base I'm trying ot find the document where all the FAQ's live. You'll notice a section that says "FAQ"
if you click that, you then see there's a document titled "Frequently Asked Questions"
This is the document we want to edit. Write that name of the document down.
NOW, to go edit the document
-> click "Sweet process" at the top left to get us back to the main page where we can edit documents
now click documents then search the title of the document you just found, so in this case "frequently asked questions"
Now, find that document and at the right had side you'll see three dots. Click those dots then select "edit"
You either edit the "policy" or add a step, then hit save and approve at the top right.
