2Create a ticket in SlackNext to a conversation thread are three dots on the right-hand side; click on the dots to create a ticket.
Then, fill out the fields. Please start the beginning of the title with the LOB name, then a brief description of the issue.
In "Pipeline and Status" -> Enter "Open"

3Create a ticket in HubspotNext to the thread in Hubspot that you would like a ticket created for, you can often find a "Create Ticket" option by clicking on the three dots OR if you do not see it as an option, scroll down on the right-hand side of the ticket thread to where it is titled "Ticket", then press "Create a ticket" to have a ticket created.
Then, fill out the fields. Please ensure the title of the ticket starts with the LOB name, then a brief description of the issue.

4Create a ticket in Hubspot (through the Service tab)On the top of the page under the Service tab, there is an option to navigate to the ticketing system.
Once on the Tickets page, you will have access to review all tickets, make edits as needed, or create a new ticket on the right-hand side where it says "Create ticket".
Some edits may include ensuring that the Category is set correctly (tech tickets will be categorized as Tech, inventory issues will be categorized as Inventory, etc.), as well as ensuring it is assigned to the correct ticket owner, specifically the person who will be resolving the issue. These edits can be made by clicking on the ticket to update the fields when needed.
