Check InfoPlus for orders needing quoting & booking
- If only one order then copy/past information from InfoPlus to the Bulk Order Upload Spreadsheet
- If there is more than one order then export the orders as a xlsx file and copy/paste information from the spreadsheet to the Bulk Order Upload Spreadsheet
- Bulk Order Spreadsheet:
- open the proper freight Club bulk order upload template depending on which warehouse these orders are assigned to
- make a copy of the template
- add the date to reference later
- fill out the Delivery information tab, one line per order
- fill out the shipment details tab, one line per piece
- download as an excel file
- Freight Club platform
- login into the proper LOB Freight Club account
- go to Bulk Orders and click upload and upload the proper file
- let the system finish processing, confirm there were no issues with the quoting process, and then click "View X Orders" under the column "Not Yet Booked"
- click into each order and follow the steps, downloading the labels and BOLs as you book orders.
- upload the labels and BOLs, input the shipping cost in the notes section and input the Freight Club Order ID in the "customer PO no" field.

1Check InfoPlus for orders needing quoting & booking
- Go to the order table and select the Freight Club smart filter
- select the orders that are assigned to the same warehouse, same LOB, in on order status, with the customer PO no field blank
- Choose from the following.

3Copy/Paste Info from InfoPlus to Upload SheetIf there is only one order to book then click into the order page to copy/paste the information from InfoPlus to the Bulk Order Upload Spreadsheet.

4Fill Out the Bulk Order Upload Spreadsheet1. Open the "Freight Club Bulk Upload Templates" Google Drive folder, locate the template for the warehouse the shipments will be shipping from, right click and choose "Make a copy":
2. Add the date to the title of the spreadsheet to reference later
3. Go to the tab titled "Delivery Information" and following the template line fill out necessary information one line per order.
4. Go to the tab titled "Shipment Details" and following the template line fill out necessary information one line per carton.
5. Once complete, download the bulk order upload spreadsheet as an ".xlsx" file type.

5Freight Club platform1. Login into the proper LOB Freight Club account using the drop-down menu at the top of the screen:
2. On the left menu bar go to "Bulk Orders" and click "Select files..." and upload the proper file.
3. The system will take a moment to finish processing and then you will see the file at the top of the list. There are two columns that determine the next steps:
Not Yet Booked - if this column is blank, this means all orders were successfully uploaded and you can continue to the next step
Unable to Quote - if this column is not blank then there was an issue with the order during upload. Click the red icon and a window will open explaining what went wrong. Fix the orders it includes in a new copy of the file you just uploaded but only with the orders that have issues, reupload and repeat until there are no more issues.
4. After confirming there were no issues with the quoting process, click "View X Orders" under the column "Not Yet Booked" which will open a new browser tab in "Manage Orders".
5. For each order click "Actions" on the far right and choose "Book" from the drop-down options. This will start the booking process. You will need to fill out the "Earliest Drop Off" and "Latest Drop Off" before clicking "Review Order".
6. Review the information and then click "Pay and Book".
7. After paying for the pick up the system will return to the "Manage Orders" page. You will need to input the following information into the order in InfoPlus:- copy the Freight Club Order ID and input it in the "Customer PO No" field.
- download/upload the labels and BOL
- Input the Shipping Cost in the Notes section
