Select Sign Up or Log In

All other CS shipping needs use Account # : 141764373
User ID: 1835160

Click on Log In
Once signed on, click on "Shipping" on the left of the top purple ribbon and then select "Create a Shipment"

1FROM
- If you are shipping from a IMS office—select your office from the saved senders drop-down menu—information will populate
- Make sure to add in your name as the person who is shipping so we know who to follow up with if any issues.
- If you are shipping from a different location—enter all required fields
- If you want to save an address in the address book make sure to select the box to do so
NOTE: The from and to shipper information and address should never be the same person. If there are ever any issues with the shipment, we need to know who to speak with for clarification. - If you are shipping from a IMS office—select your office from the saved senders drop-down menu—information will populate

2TOCheck the contact name dropdown to see if contact is already in address book. If not:
- Enter recipient company name
- Enter recipient contact name
- Enter recipient address
- Enter recipient phone number
- If you want to save an address in the address book for future use make sure to select the box to do so

3PACKAGE & SHIPMENT DETAILS
- Select number of package(s)
- Enter weight of package(s)
- Enter declared value of package if needed
- Select service type from the drop-down menu
- Select package type from the drop-down menu—if you select “your packaging” enter the package dimensions
- Check box to include a return label if needed

4BILLING DETAILS
- In the "Your reference" box enter the Project ID # and Engagement Title to be used for billing the client
- If the shipment is for non-billable work please indicate that in this location
Other sections to review:
Pickup/Drop-off (optional)- Click edit to open and then schedule a pick up or search for nearest drop-off location
- Be aware that there might be a fee associated with a pick-up request and that they will most likely come the next day to pick-up
Shipment Notifications (optional)- Select the notification type boxes under shipment notifications for what you want to receive
- Enter email address(s) and select notification type boxes for whoever else wants shipment notifications
Rates & Transit Times (optional)- Click Edit to open window then click on Calculate to see all the delivery options
- Review the delivery times and rates and select the one that will fit your shipping needs
- In the "Your reference" box enter the Project ID # and Engagement Title to be used for billing the client

5COMPLETE YOUR SHIPMENT
- Select ship in the lower right corner
- A new window will open for the shipping label. Review to make sure the information looks correct
- Print shipping label and securely attach to outside of package ensuring no other labels are visible
- You can print to a PDF if you need to send the label via email to someone to print at their location
- Print a receipt and/or return label if needed
- If you need to make corrections or changes to the shipping label you just printed click on the "Edit Shipment" box and then make your changes and repeat the process

6CANCELING A SHIPMENTIf you need to cancel a shipment after you have closed out of FedEx webpage:
- Log back in, click on the "Shipping" dropdown at the top and select “Create a Shipment”
- Click on "Ship History" tab and locate your shipment
- Check the box next to it and then select "Cancel" to remove. You will get confirmation that the shipment has been removed.
If you need to change the delivery address once a package has been shipped, you the shipper will need to call FedEx customer service with the tracking ID and give them the information to make any changes before delivery.
