TP-Deposition Appearance Fee | This is a per-unit fee that should be applied for an in-person deposition shoot. |
TP-Deposition Copy Fee | This is a per-unit fee that should be applied when you make a copy of the deposition for the client. |
TP-Disc Copy Fee | This should be used for making copies of discs not related to deposition work. In the notes section, indicate the number of copies made and the cost per copy and enter the total into the amount line. |
TP-Document Processing Fee | Use this to indicate all the material and copies used for document processing. In the notes section, indicate was what used for the project and enter the total amount to be billed to the client. |
TP-In Trial Availability Fee | If the trial settles while the technology consultant is onsite, we charge this unit per day of the trial reservation that is left. |
TP-Interactive Deposition Fee | This is a per-unit fee that should be applied for an interactive deposition shoot. |
TP-Ten Day Availability Fee | If the trial settles before the technology consultant is onsite within ten days of the trial date, we charge this unit per day of the trial reservation that is left. |
TP-TimeCoding | This is a per-unit fee that should be charged per hour of finished synced video. |
TP-Trial Day Flat Rate | This is a per-unit fee that should be applied for a day in court for any amount of time. Select whether it is 1 hr or 8 hrs – it’s the flat rate for in-court work. Any work done after a day in court should be billed hourly to the project. |
TP-Trial Equipment Kit Fee | This is a per-day fee that should be applied for every day on-site with IMS equipment. This should be applied per person per day. (If making one block entry, include the dates that the fee is utilized.) |
TP-Video Deposition Archive Fee | This is a per-unit fee that should be applied when you archive a deposition. |
TP-Zoom Deposition Set Up Fee | This is a per-unit fee that should be applied for a Zoom deposition shoot. |
