Retail Refund Policy

    Scope & Audience

    This policy applies to all customers of the Canteens, Bar, Pro Shop and Online Store at Southern Peninsula Basketball Association (SPBA) who wish to request a refund or exchange for their apparel purchase.

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
    • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • The item must have all original tags and packaging.
    Canteen, Bar and Door Entry sales are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Refunds

    Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued.

    Return Process

    To initiate a return or exchange, please email shop@sthpen.com.au along with proof of purchase and our staff will assist you with the return or exchange process.

    Non-Eligible Items

    The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

    • Personalized items
    • Sale items
    • Canteen sales
    • Bar sales
    • Door entry sales

    Final Sale

    All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
