Cancellation of Games

    Scope

    This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and representatives of Company who are responsible for organizing or participating in games and is aimed at establishing guidelines for the cancellation of games.

    Audience

    This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and representatives of Company who are involved in organizing or participating in games within the company.

    Cancellation Criteria

    All games organized by Company will only be cancelled under the following circumstances:

    • Inclement weather or natural disasters that pose a threat to the safety of the participants
    • Unforeseen emergencies that prohibit the majority of participants from attending the game
    • Insufficient number of participants to play the game as planned

    All cancellations must be communicated clearly to all participants through official company channels.

    Responsibilities

    The organizer of the game is responsible for making the final decision to cancel a game. In cases where the organizer is unable to make the decision, the decision will be made by the participant with the highest rank.

    If a game is cancelled due to insufficient participation, the organizer must inform all participants of the cancellation as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience.

    Compensation

    In the event that a game is cancelled due to reasons other than insufficient participation, Company will compensate the participants for any expenses incurred in preparation for the game (e.g. transport, equipment rental, ticket fees).

    The compensation amount may vary based on the expenses incurred and will be subject to approval by the relevant managers or executives.

    Violation

    Any employee found to be in violation of this policy may face disciplinary action as per the Company Disciplinary Policy.
