    Pre-Storm Prep - Owner

    A. Document and Prep Review
         1. Review insurance coverage (including flood insurance)/create inventory
             a. Property coverage limits
             b. Deductibles
             c. Coinsurance requirements
             d. Get a current photo or video inventory of premises, equipment, supplies, etc.
         2. Review lease to determine who is responsible for what damage
         3. Ensure we have 3-7 days of covered expenses if remaining closed
         4. Payroll - how long can it be covered without revenue coming in

    Pre-Storm Prep - Manager- Two to Three Days Before Storm

    1. Communication
        a. Staff
            i.  Update Gusto with all correct emails, phone numbers, and addresses (Update with new communications process)
            ii. Make sure they know the plan for closing and communication after the storm
       b. Customers with existing appointments
            i.  Get appointments rescheduled; decide how far out to reschedule (should we just cancel and as them to reschedule?)
       c. Total customer base
           i. Communicate closing via Squire and Facebook
    2. Inventory
        a. Take a full inventory to document what is in the building (backstock, retail shelves
            and backbar)
        b. Remove all iPads and computers
        c. Have all staff take their tools home
    3. Space, Structure, and Surroundings
        a. Prep for flooding
            i.  Get everything off the floor
            ii. Unplug everything
           iii. Safeguard chemicals
           iv. Ensure flashing and weather stripping around the windows and doors is
               designed/installed to protect against water intrusion from wind-driven rain
           v. Sandbags for front door
        b. Prep for broken windows
            i.  5/8 inch or greater plywood, cut to fit and ready to install (we need measurements of windows, who does this? What do we do with it after the storm?)
            ii. Fasteners for the plywood
        c. Outside
            i. Walk the perimeter and bring in any outside items (smoker's pail, chairs,
               sidewalk sign, barber poles, etc.)
        d. emergency supply purchase: 15 water jugs, old towels, paper towels, toilet paper (is this in addition to what we already have at shops? What are these for?)

    Post-Storm - Owner

    A. Damage
         1. Get any holes in roof covered
         2. Clean up any water and ventilate the building
             a. Bring wet vacs
             b. Bring fans
         3. Salvage
             a. Separate undamaged goods from water-soaked goods
             b. Assess and make notation of what has been damaged
             c. Submit insurance claim for any loss of product, equipment, or revenue
             d. Order additional inventory, if needed
             e. Purchase replacement equipment, if needed
         4. Temporary repairs
             a. Potential contractors that may be called to assist with clean-up and repair

    B. How to Operate     
         1. Utilities
             a. No water - use back up purchases
             b. No electricity - Rent a generator or Sarah and Steve have one
             c. No WiFi - can use the shop cell phone's hotspot
             d. No A/C - use fans if not too hot outside
          2. Staffing
             a. What are our needs at the moment? May need to drop to half staff and rotate
             b. If a shop shuts down, all other shops should make room and we will bring staff
                 into different locations to continue working and pay for their lodging.
         3. Communication with customer base
             a. Use Squire and Facebook to communicate when we are reopening and anything
                 the public needs to know
