As a manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that your floor's staff can offer hair services to all types of people at any location at any time.  If your staff is unable to provide services to all different hair types or genders, the manager must hire individuals who can live up to this core value, or request education for your current staff so they can learn how to offer diverse services.
