Brand Guide Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all employees of the Company who create or use any materials that represent the Company brand, including but not limited to, logos, slogans, color schemes, fonts, and images. This policy also applies to any third parties who create or use materials that represent the Company brand.

Audience

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and third-party representatives of the Company who are involved in creating or using materials that represent the Company brand.

Brand Consistency

All materials that represent the Company brand must be consistent with the Company Brand Guide. The Brand Guide is a document that outlines the specific guidelines for the use of the Company brand, including approved colors, fonts, and logos. Any materials that are inconsistent with the Brand Guide must be corrected or revised to align with the guidelines.

Approval Process

All materials that represent the Company brand must be approved by the Marketing department. This includes all external communications, such as advertisements, press releases, and social media posts, as well as internal communications, such as email signatures and Company presentations. The Marketing department will review all materials to ensure that they align with the Brand Guide and convey the intended message.

Brand Protection

All employees and third-party representatives of the Company are responsible for protecting the integrity of the Company brand. This includes reporting any unauthorized use or modification of Company brand materials and refraining from using the Company brand in any way that could damage its reputation or infringe upon any copyright or trademark laws.

Violation

Any employee or third-party representative found to be in violation of this policy will face disciplinary action as per the Company Disciplinary Policy.
