3.6.1 The Virtual Assistant Program

Constantly ringing phones can affect shop productivity and morale. To address this, CHOP has developed a "Virtual "Assistant" (VA) program to support our staff in focusing on the client in their chair and providing great customer service. This program provides trained individuals to answer incoming calls to shops and book appointments. The program is available to all corporate and franchise shops.

The VA program is currently available from 3pm to close on weekdays and from open to close on Saturday and Sunday.  The VA program can be customized for each shop's needs; however, it is not recommended for shops under 70% capacity. Busy barbers should focus on the customer in the chair, while slower shops can provide great customer service over the phone as well as in the shop.
