Our shops are busy and our staff works hard.  Through the years we have cultivated a strong culture of support.  We hold each other up and stay drama free. As a CHOP manager, you are responsible for making sure every team member is contributing equally to open and close the store, answer the phones, greet customers, etc. Managers are the servant leaders of their team.
