Admitting a student

    Initial outreach (student or school admin)

    From potential student via website, instagram, email, phone, etc. Initial outreach must be documented in order to follow through.

    Follow up with potential student (Judy)

    Call, text, email, or speak in person with potential student. See if they have any additional questions or concerns.

    Schedule an entrance interview (Judy and one instructor/manager)

    Judy with Steve, Sarah, or authorized personnel from the academy. Form for interview is attached here.

    Have a round table meeting with owners and one other educator

    Discuss the results of the interview and make a final decision on admitting.
  5. 5

    Inform student of our decision (Judy)

    If they are approved, send them the application to pay the $100 fee. If not approved, let them know we will keep them in our records for future terms.
