1Squire: Overlapping LunchesCheck each shop's books over the next two weeks to ensure there are no issues with repeating lunch overlaps. Rule: One person out on lunch at a time per every four employees working that shift.

2Squire: Check Floating AppointmentsCheck each shop's books two weeks ahead for any staffing issues or floating appointments. Notify manager if you find an issue.

3Squire: Check Backbar ReportCheck each shops backbar report on Squire to ensure that inventory is being done in a timely manner. Note: Some locations do not have retail products in their backbar inventory.

4Squire: Monthly Leaderboard ReportCheck each shop's leaderboard percentage in squire for the past 30 days. If the shop is at 70% or more, notify manager of hiring need and available scheduling days.

5Squire: Check 45 Minute Plus TallboysCheck each shop's book from the previous week to make sure that no appointment was longer than it should be, without a reasonable explanation in the appointment notes. If there is an issue, notify manager to speak with their staff member.

6Squire: Check Unpaid AppointmentsCheck each shop's books from the previous week for unpaid, gray appointments. If there is no note stating a reason (No Show, Haircut fix, etc) and there is no matching unassigned sale in the daily total on Squire, notify manager of the issue, including employee name and date of unpaid appointment.

7Squire: Check For Correct Color ChargingCheck each shop's books from the previous week for correct color charging by stylists. Color should be charged at $1/minute. If there are any undercharges, contact manager with employee name, date, and amount undercharged so they can address the issue.

8SweetProcess: Manager Weekly InspectionsCheck on SweetProcess that each manager has completed and sent in their weekly checklist.

9Mango Signs CheckAsk for each manager to send a current photo of their tv weekly to ensure that they are displaying the Mangosigns app as instructed.

10Check for 5 star reviews per staff Member
- Ensure staff is aware of any good reviews
- Let them know if they receive 5, 5 star reviews, they receive $25 Eagle Bucks
- Ask manager to grant $25 Eagle Bucks to staff for every 5th 5 star review
