    Put sidewalk sign outside (if applicable)

    Ensure current promotional information if facing customers entering the shop.

    Check for finished laundry or laundry to move to washer/dryer

    Fill towel warmers

    Clean latherizers and fill if needed

    Stock refrigerator

    Ensure the refrigerator is fully stocked with all customer beverage options and that it is clean and clear of hair and residue of any kind.

    Straighten all products and ensure products are properly displayed

    Dust product, product shelves, and front desk display

  12. 12

    Dust all table tops and lights

    Ensure all customer wait areas are clean and organized

    Ensure A/C is set to 70 (not below 70)

    Ensure music is playing and the volume is loud enough to hear

    CHOP has a fun, upbeat vibe and our music is a part of that. At no time should a shop have no music playing nor should unapproved music be playing during business hours.
