How to create and customize various schedule-based Tour Reports

    The Reports section of Deggy Control offers a variety of reports that use scheduled tours as a way of filtering downloaded data to provide a clear measure of site productivity, based on customizable levels.

      Tour Quality Reports

      View a color coded percentage of monthly performed tour schedules with the Tour Quality Report 

      Steps
      1. In 'Reports' - select 'Tour Quality'
      2. Click 'Customize
      3. Choose from 'Tour' - 'All', 'Group' drop-down or 'Selected (...)
      4. Select 'Dates' drop-down choose 'This Month', 'Last Month' 'Last Activity Month' or 'Custom' with monthly drop-down
      5. Click 'Print Preview' to review activity or view further saving, printing and distribution options - see Print Preview Options at the end 

      View all your monthly tour schedules in one graph with the Tour Quality Graph

      Steps
      1.  In 'Reports' - select 'Tour Quality Graph'
      2. Click 'Customize
      3. Choose from 'Tour' - 'All', 'Group' drop-down or 'Selected (...)
      4. Choose 'Collapsed' for a single report percentage for overall activity performance
      5. Choose 'Expanded' for multiple page report, individual report per tour 
      6. Select 'Dates' drop-down choose 'This Month', 'Last Month' 'Last Activity Month' or 'Custom' with monthly drop-down

      Tour Map Report

      View missing/failed tour dates in a monthly format with the Tour Map Report

      2. Click 'Customize

      4. Select 'Dates' drop-down choose 'This Month', 'Last Month' 'Last Activity Month' or 'Custom' with monthly drop-down

      Tour Exception Report

      View predefined tour schedules that specify missed checkpoints with tour quality percentage in the Tour Exception Report daily format

      Steps
      1. In 'Reports' - select 'Tour Exception'
      2. Click 'Customize
      3. Choose from 'Tour' - 'All', 'Group' drop-down or 'Selected (...)'
      4. Choose 'Only Exception' to view only the missed/failed tours
      5. Choose 'Show employee in rounds not preformed' to include employee name
      6. Under 'Dates' select drop-down and choose timeframe from list - 'Custom' option provides calendar date range 
      7. Select 'Two Columns' to save space on the report
      8. Click 'Print Preview' to review activity or view further saving, printing and distribution options - see Print Preview Options below

      Print Preview options

      In Print Preview there are various options to review, save, print and email the visible report.

      Options
      1. Click 'Print' to print directly on the PC's default printer
      2. Click 'Email' drop-down, choose file format Word, Excel, .PDF to attach to email*
      3. Click 'Zoom' to view details closer
      4. Click 'Customize' to add filters to existing report
      5. Click 'Export' drop-down, choose file format Word, Excel, .PDF to save on PC
      6. Click 'Memorize' to save current report preferences selected e.g. date range, hardware, tours and to enable 'Scheduled Emails


      Helpful Information
      Click on 'Email' only if 'Email Server Settings' have already been setup for direct Deggy Control emailing under 'Settings'.

      Memorize Reports and enable Scheduled Emails

      Memorizing reports saves the parameters for the report being viewed in 'Print Preview' e.g. a weekly Tour Map report, which can then be memorized for future reports utilizing the same parameters; with optional automatic 'Scheduled Email' distribution.
