Issue 
Deggy Control will not install properly if the 64bit version of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel..) is installed on the computer.

Solution
If Microsoft Office 64bit version is installed you will need to uninstall it and install it as a 32bit version.

Important Information
Deggy Control can be installed on a 64bit Windows computer but not on one that has the incompatible version of Microsoft Office installed.
