    Deggy Guard Tour App: Install & Activate Code on Smartphone

    The Deggy Guard Tour App Solution consists of the Guard Tour App installed on a compatible smartphone and the Deggy Control AI Data Management Software installed on a compatible Windows computer.

      Deggy Guard Tour App: Compatibility & Permissions

      Compatible Smartphones
      • Android 6.0 and/or higher 
      • Apple iOS 
      • Important Note: not designed for iPad or Tablet use (though some have been successful)
      Smartphone Permissions 
      • Allow use of Camera & Microphone 
      • Allow background refresh

      Downloading the App

      Navigate to the application store on your smartphone. This would be the Apple App Store for iOS users or Google Play Store for Android users.


      Search for the 'Deggy Guard Tour App' using the search bar at the top of the application store screen.


      Once you find the app in the search results, tap on it to open the application info page and tap 'Install' or 'Get' to download the application onto your smartphone.

      Installing the App

      Once the download is complete, find the app on your phone. It will typically be located in your phone’s app list or on a new space on one of your phone’s screens.

      • If not already done, tap on the app to initiate the installation process. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
      • After installation, the app should automatically open. If not, navigate to where the app is located on your phone and tap to open.

      Activating Guard Tour App Code

      If you have not received your activation code(s) contact PROsupport@deggy.com with your company name and/or order number.  

      1. The Deggy Guard Tour app will open to the activation page. 
      2. Enter one of the activation codes and click activate.
