Elementary Reporting SOP

      New Student Enrollment

      Student enrolls in District 100 school (new to district) and receives 1-3 weeks of instruction during the trimester (before the end of the trimester).

      Teacher/Admin will discuss how to report progress for the given student (ex:  formal report card update (with data that applies), informal progress update, or PBG platform data points/Mastery Connect Report).

      New Student Enrollment

      Student enrolls in District 100 school (new to district) and receives 3 or more weeks of instruction during the trimester.

      Formal grades will be reported for appropriate standards for the given trimester on the student's report card.

      Proficiency Based Platform (Mastery Connect) will show the instruction on the standards that were assessed.

      Building Review Process

      After the marking period (for that given trimester) has closed, teachers input their final grades (before report cards are run).  

      Buildings then follow their own internal procedures to run report cards, have teachers review report cards, and make adjustments to report cards before they are mailed home or sent home with students on the given report card distribution date (see reporting timelines above).
