1Staff Survey CompletionCertified and Non Certified Staff participate in and complete the EES (Employee Engagement Survey) on principal(s)/direct supervisor (during the designated time window).

2Review ResultsPrincipal(s) complete preliminary analysis/review of EES results before meeting with all staff.

3Data IdentificationPrincipal/Admin Team analyzes EES results and determine top 3 highest scores and the bottom 3 lowest scores (building based).

4Staff FeedbackPrincipal(s) meet with all staff (Dec/Jan) and determine possible reasons/examples for top 3 and bottom 3 scores (elicit feedback of practices to sustain and practices to grow).

5Action PlanningPrincipal(s) and school based team determine area(s) of focus and creates an Action Plan for Improvement.

6Implementation of PlanPrincipal(s) share the action plan with all staff and begin the implementation/monitoring process of the action plan.
