1Define the Problem
- Student is struggling to make progress towards IEP goals and objectives

2IEP Meeting
- Team calls an IEP meeting with all needed participants at the table
- Team determines internal structures/strategies or interventions to put in place for the student
- Team schedules a follow up IEP meeting (4-8 weeks) to discuss progress and review data

3If progress is being made
- Continue with current supports and services as listed in the IEP

4If progress is not being made
- Notify the Central Office Admin Team to support your building level team in determining next steps
