3NoticeBefore a meeting/interview is held, send Notice to both Parties and others who are expected to attend.

4ResponsesAfter final interview, provide to both Parties and "directly related" evidence so that each Party can meaningfully respond before the investigatory report is prepared.

5Written Response NoticeInclude Notice to Parties providing 10 school business days to submit a written response to the evidence for investigator's consideration.

6Investigative ReportOnce evidence response timeline passes, the investigator must create an investigative report that summarizes relevant evidence.

7Report/NoticeProvide the Initial Decision Maker and both Parties with the investigative report and send Notice that both Parties have 10 school business days to submit a written response to the Initial Decision Maker.

8Evidence/Decision MakerWith the transmission to the Initial Decision Maker, transmit the Formal Complaint, all evidence, and the investigative report to the Initial Decision Maker.
