      Notice

      Before a meeting/interview is held, send Notice to both Parties and others who are expected to attend.

      Responses

      After final interview, provide to both Parties and "directly related" evidence so that each Party can meaningfully respond before the investigatory report is prepared.

      Written Response Notice

      Include Notice to Parties providing 10 school business days to submit a written response to the evidence for investigator's consideration.

      Investigative Report

      Once evidence response timeline passes, the investigator must create an investigative report that summarizes relevant evidence.

      Report/Notice

      Provide the Initial Decision Maker and both Parties with the investigative report and send Notice that both Parties have 10 school business days to submit a written response to the Initial Decision Maker.

      Evidence/Decision Maker

      With the transmission to the Initial Decision Maker, transmit the Formal Complaint, all evidence, and the investigative report to the Initial Decision Maker.
