1Survey WindowCentral Office team (Superintendent, HR Superintendent, Quality Assurance Director) reviews annual survey window and determines designated dates for completion (survey window).
(SY 21-22 Feb 1-11) -
2Survey Review/RevisionsCO Team reviews the survey questions and makes edits and revisions within the platform (Qualtrics) to the survey that will be utilized for that year. Translations are updated to match the current English text based questions.

3Survey LinksSurvey links are developed/QR codes that can be utilized for parent/guardian completion of the designated parent survey. Survey can also be completed in paper form (see letters above.)

4Updated Contact InformationCommunications Coordinator reviews parent contacts in e-school/school messenger to ensure that parents' contacts are updated for email and text based communications.

5Logistics ReviewCO team reviews the survey logistics before initial communication/survey window opening:
- Survey/Email Contact Accuracy
- Survey Timeline/Deadline for Completion
- Translations
- Survey Reminders (newsletters, emails, FB)

6NewslettersCO team creates a newsletter blurb to explain the survey to parents and to provide the appropriate links to completion.
Newsletters are pushed out as communications from the district and building levels. -
7Survey NotificationCentral Office Communications Coordinator will push our survey notification and link to parents in multiple avenues (text alerts, emails, FB).

8Survey ReviewCentral Office Cabinet and Principals review survey data/reports.

9Action PlanningSchool based teams with parent involvement/feedback create a plan to help support an identified area of growth.

10Plan ImplementationBuildings implement the action plan and communicate with parents about the given plan (newsletters, PTO meetings, FB, etc.).
