      Parent Notification

      Parent states they plan to homeschool their child and they do not want special education services to continue

      Parent Contact/Documentation

      Case Manager adds to parent contact form in Embrace that parent plans to homeschool child and does not want special ed services to be provided.
    3. 3

      Withdrawal Form

      Case manager completes the district level withdrawal form.
    4. 4

      Withdrawal Process

      Eschool/SIS coordinator withdraws student from Eschool upon receipt of withdrawal form.
    5. 5

      SPED Documentation

      Upon receipt of withdraw form SpEd admin assistants:

      Makes Embrace Inactive and ends in I-star

      Option-Homeschooled

      Updates Google Doc (PreK only)
