      Time Windows

      Principal (prior to the start of school) identifies time windows, HRS levels, and stakeholders to participate in survey using Google Sheet.

      Survey Links

      First week of the school year the Assistant Superintendent shares spreadsheet with Marzano contact (currently Mark Haystead); request survey links and  links to surveymonkey (used by principal to monitor participation rates); change spreadsheet access to comment only for principals.

      Survey (Links and Forms)

      The last week of August the Assistant Superintendent :

      -Share links to surveys and surveymonkey with principals for Marzano staff surveys

      -Share links to surveys and Google form with principals for student and admin surveys

      Survey Window

      Principal and SIP Team (during designated survey administration window) shares links with survey participants, encourage participation, monitor and use participation rates to prompt responses.

      Following the Survey Window

      Following the Survey Window (the Assistant Superintendent(s):

      -Receives and reviews report from Marzano and shares report and school site spreadsheet with principal

      -Builds in formulas for admin and student responses, creates a summary report and shared with the principal

      Following Receipt of Survey Report

      Principal and SIP team review survey data to identify and celebrate areas of growth and areas of need; develop action plans and identify/collect lagging indicators.
