Reflect on current year scorecard and strategic plan progress
Which goals were met, in progress, or undone?
Which of your measures provided you valuable and timely feedback, which were unreliable, untimely, or for some reason, unusable.
Considering the district’s strategic plan, for which goals was there:
Progress made and the goal is met
Progress made, but the goal is not yet met
Progress was attempted, results are neutral or negative
No attempt was made
For goals met, what system(s) will you put in place to monitor maintenance of performance?
For goals unmet, assess your strategies
Which strategies are leading to growth and should be continued, what alterations could be made to lead to greater growth;
Which strategies are not yielding results and should be altered or eliminated
