5.04 Whistleblower

Team members are encouraged to disclose any wrongdoing that may adversely impact CHPC, the church’s attendees, employees, or the public at large. A whistleblower is an employee of CHPC who reports an activity that he/she, in good faith, considers illegal or dishonest to their immediate supervisor or Human Resources. CHPC will not retaliate against a whistleblower. This includes, but is not limited to, protection from retaliation in the form of an adverse employment action or threats of physical harm. The right of a whistleblower for protection against retaliation does not include immunity for any personal wrongdoing that is alleged and investigated.
