Panel Password: 2222 (For both the Atrium Vestibule and Electrical Room locations)
Password to silence the alarm in the electrical room is not necessary but the password is necessary in the atrium vestibule.
If an alarm is tripped the pull station needs to be toggled back up and then you can press the reset button in the electrical room which will reset the alarm. You can also reset it from the atrium annunciator. Replacement clear glass or plastic pins are located in the Property Manager's office.
Canceling the alarm:
Cancel the alert sound at the fire alarm panel in the atrium north vestibule is:
Press: acknowledge/silence
Enter: 2222
Press up arrow two times, press enter
Press up arrow two times, press enter
Press up arrow two times, press enter
Press up arrow two times, press enter
Silencing Alarm:
The acknowledge panel silence button silences the panel when there is a trouble alert such as a bad battery or any problem.
You can scroll up or down to see the trouble on the screen if there’s more than one trouble point listed.
The NAC disable button disables the panel for servicing. This system must be put in test before pressing NAC disabled.
Door holder disable button:
will prevent the magnetic doors from dropping and closing on alarm. Use this only for testing.
Drill Button:
Never use the drill button will put it in the drill mode, but it asks for the password after you press the button. The system needs to be in test obviously before that is pressed.
Remote Disconnect:
Never use Remote disconnect button disconnects the dialer and it stays that way until the button is pressed a second time. The monitoring company will notify if the system isn’t in test to tell you that this is happened.
Fire Panel:
The fire panel is located in basement of the Learning Center Electrical Room.
The fire panel communicates via wireless technology. The wireless signal transmitter has a signal strength indicator on the AC board and it is the three or four LED bulbs in the upper right-hand corner. Push little white button to get it to show and then push the second time to put it back to normal.
Call the property manager or their designee to inform of any issues.
