You can generate a survey from inside Proclaim and sending signals to your church members.

To do this, click on Add Item then Survey.  You will then have spaces to add your question, the different options, and the different styles for the service item.

You can display the results as a horizontal bar chart, a vertical bar chart, or a pie chart. As you are editing your survey, you can see a preview of the slide with some sample results.

You may choose to display live results on the same survey slide, or to display the results in a separate survey-results service item.
