How to use the Envoy Mobile App

1What is Envoy Financial mobile?The Envoy Financial mobile app is a mobile software application for us to use cutting edge technology and finding ways for innovation and creative solutions to your retirement needs.

2What is the difference between the mobile app and website?A mobile app is downloadable to your mobile device and is ideal for frequent and repeated use. It provides a quick view to your retirement account and enable you to evaluate your investment performance. The regular website provides extensive information about your retirement account, which is helpful for all participants, especially first-time user to check your retirement goals daily or periodically. We encourage our participants to use all available resource provided to you by Envoy Financial to achieve your future funded ministry’s goals.

3Does it cost anything to use the mobile app?There is no cost to our participants. It is a way for us to show our appreciation for your continued support and trust.

4What are the operating system requirements for the mobile app?
- iOS 11 and above
- Android KitKat (4.4) and above
- The mobile app is not tailored for iPad and Android tablets but can be used on these devices. The app is not supported on wearables (i.e Apple Watch)

5How do I download the mobile app?The app can be downloaded from iTunes for iOS and Google Play for Android. Please search for the word “Envoy Financial.”

6Is the mobile app secure?Yes. The app uses same security as the web portal, and it is signed using Fidelity National Information Services (FIS, one of the fortune 500 Fintech companies) to publish to the app stores. It us using HTPPS with TLS 1.2 encryption for all traffic from app to server.

7What are the main features of the mobile app?
- The dashboard tab displays three widgets: Balances, Contributions, and Personal Rate of Return.
- The balances tab has four views: total balances, balances by investment, balances by source, and balances by loan (if applicable for the plan).
- The savings tab provides information about savings rates and allows for contribution rates change.
- The performance tab provides current invested products and their performances.

8Why are some of the features I see on the web not available with the mobile app?Some processes such as web enrollment, investment changes, and personal information updates are not supported within the app. Other features may be upgraded with the next app updates.

9What is a push notification?Push notifications are only available for participants who install the mobile app. The option is by default and will allow you to receive time-sensitive information, updates, and news for your retirement plan. You can turn off the option anytime.

10Who can use the mobile app?If you are a participant in our retirement plan(s). You may install and use the mobile app.

11Do I need to register my account using the web first?Yes. If you are a new participant, please complete your login credential, enrollment, and contact information using envoyfinancial.com/account-login. Once you have completed this step. You may download and use the mobile app.

12I have multiple accounts with Envoy, will I be able to see them in the mobile app?Yes. Users will be able to view and select the plan(s) within the app.

13I have an IRA account with Envoy, can I see the account with the app?The app is available for your 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans only.

14How current is the information with the mobile app?The app uses UI accessing the APIs on the web servers; it is, therefore, updating throughout the day for the most current information.

15What should I do if I encounter issues related to using the mobile app?
