If the traveler maintains a cell phone as a requirement of his or her position, long-distance phone charges are not reimbursable. If the traveler does not maintain a cell phone as a requirement of his or her position, long distance charges will be reimbursed, limited to one phone call home per day, for duration of no more than 5 minutes.
