14.09 Continuation of Health Coverage

    Subject to the terms of the respective insurance policy, continuation of health insurance during a leave of absence without pay, disability, or for any other reason is contingent upon the team member notifying their team leader or Human Resources in advance and making arrangements to pay the full cost of the insurance during the period of leave. Monthly payments must be made to the church in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of benefits.
