    HI Team,
I checked on availability for pavilions at Winton Woods. There is still some availability, but we probably want to pick a date and get the space reserved. I looked at Saturday, Sunday and Friday. Cost to reserve is around $200 depending on day of week and shelter.

Friday has the most availability, followed by Sunday and then Saturday. There isn't much availability for Saturdays in June due to graduation parties.

    LaBoiteaux Woods

LaBoiteaux Woods offers guided tours and allows reservations for their building, but it is a small space with a capacity of 99 people; if you want tables and chairs, that number drops to 56 people. The outdoor space is free to use but is not open for reservations; they operate on a first-come, first-served basis and only have 30 parking spots. They told me they offer guided tours, but in the summer, no staff would be available to us, which means we can not rent their building in the summer as they have a program that uses all of their team and building throughout the week. They also spoke cautiously as the Director said their hikes are steeper, more rigorous, and if there was recently slippery.

If we wanted to use this space, it would need to be for a much smaller event, focusing on one group rather than church-wide or outreach.
    Blessings,
