Plug in HDMI Cable to wall outlet and computer, select Computer on the TV using the remote's Input button and pressing it several times to move through the possibilities. Just stop at the Computer and it will engage after a few seconds.

Click the upper left hand Apple icon. Open System Preferences

Open Displays and check mirror display on the center tab

Select the sound output from System Preferences, Sound or the Speaker drop down located on the Task Bar. Choose the Sony TV.

Sound volume is adjusted by the Sony Remote (The BlueRay player can block the remote signal if you are under the shelf because you are sitting down)
