6.06 Cellular Phone Usage

Employees in certain positions are required to maintain a cell phone, as determined by Senior Pastor. Staff members are responsible for obtaining a cell phone contract and paying their own cell phone bills. CHPC does not require staff members to substantiate the business use percentage of personal cell phones. Employees whose job responsibilities include regular or occasional driving are expected to observe all federal, state, and local rules and regulations regarding the use of cell phones while driving.
